If you're thinking “Not many”, you're right. But for Seth, it was the perfect gift. Growing up with a passion for design, building, and creating, it was clear early on that he was destined for the trades.

Inspired by his grandfather, a homebuilder, Seth learned the value of hard work and the satisfaction that comes from bringing ideas to life. That Christmas tablesaw became more than just a tool—it sparked a lifelong journey.

In 1995, Seth founded Thurgood & Sons Construction (also known as Thurgood (Remodel & Construction), turning his passion into a company built on the motto:

“Every job is important. Every person should be treated like family.”

Nearly 30 years later, that commitment still drives everything we do.
